The pre-employment health assessment determines whether a new employee meets the medical requirements of a position. It aims to ensure that the prospective employee is fit to perform the job effectively with reasonable levels of attendance and without risks to their own health or safety or that of other employees. We also aim to ensure that the organisation complies with current equality legislation.
